Salary: Pay Level 9 of the pay Matrix of ROPA 2019 (₹28,900/- ₹74,500/-) plus allowances.

Selection Prosses For Sanitary Inspector Posts WBMSC Recruitment 2024
Written Test: An OMR-based examination of 200 marks with 100 multiple-choice objective-type questions, carrying 2 marks each. There is a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. The duration of the test is 1.5 hours.
Personality Test: This test carries 40 marks and will be held at the Commission's office in Kolkata. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called to verify original documents and then for the personality test. Final merit will be prepared based on the total marks obtained in the written examination and personality test.
